Barb - live !

| Barb's schedule | Ask Barb to speak in your Community |

Barb's philosophy is a simple one: empowerment. And it begins by gathering people together and questioning what is not working to come up with solutions that reverse some of society’s major challenges.

Barb talks Corporate
From boardroom to shop floor, all will benefit from Barb's insights and enthusiasm on Courage, Wisdom, Truth, etc. Staff are left feeling invigorated, motivated and stretched, ready to do better in their community.

Barb speaks to Non-Profits
Barb's non-profit speaking engagements are like no other: each incorporates a fundraising component that offers attendees books and lifestyle products for purchase. The host group receives 25% to 40% of the net sales (depending upon the sales volumes). This method ensures that groups are not only provided with the tools to make sweeping changes in business and government, but also to advance their group with immediate funding.

About one of Barb’s corporate Lunch-and-Learn sessions:

60 people attended Barb’s discussion of her book,
The 7 Virtues of a Philosopher Queen, and she left the audience with an unmistakable sense of purpose and desire to do better, stretch their horizons and contribute to their community. From floor worker to upper management, her messages around Courage and Wisdom resonated with all employees in the company and the feedback has been overwhelmingly, “We want more Barb!”
Helly Hansen highly recommends Barb’s message to anyone who will listen.

Barb is growing her business
Greetings everyone, Steve here, I am Barb's Web builder. I thought you might be wondering what projects Barb is working on when she is not speaking to groups in the community. Barb advises groups on communications and strategy and works with diverse community groups. But she also takes time to grow her company. She is investing right now in writing the second edition of The 7 Virtues of a Philosopher Queen because thanks to all of you she is nearly out of the 3,000 copies printed for the launch on International Women's Day 2008.

Barb will be taking June, July and August to work on her second and third book and she is still booking seminars for the fall of 2009 and Spring 2010!

And that's not all, she has been listening to women at her nearly 100 seminars and heard loudly the demand for more virtues offerings that will include t-shirts, posters and ultimately a philosopher queen line of beauty products. Stay tuned, for upcoming announcements on product launches. And if you have an idea for a virtues product tell Barb personally. You might just get written into an upcoming edition of the book. barb@the7virtues.com
